UX DOCUMENT
Firstly, I did a full Shopee Apps review, Information Architure (IA) and also Pain points. It will easier to understand and clearer to the right path. That I wanted to design a new version of Shopee Apps that will satisfied for the user.

Information Architecture (IA)
Modification of the IA
After quickly scanning the app, I drew the App map to understand its information architecture. This helps me gain a general concept of the application and effectively point out redundant and duplicate elements, so here is a rearranged version of Shopee IA.

Pain points while using Shopee

Pain point 1:
User Interface is overwhelming
  • Too cluttered, buttons everywhere, I don't know where to put my attention on.
  • Too many ads, pop ups & items on a page, everything is so tight and close.
  • With different colors of icons and font size, there's no apparent hierarchy.
  • Icons should be bigger in the daily discover page.
  • Smooth flow but the colors annoy me
  • Daily Discover page is engaging and interesting. however it is somewhat messy in its layout.

Pain point 2:
Security + trust issues & Payment
  • a lot of scam
  • Product and seller credibility are the only reasons I don't use shopee often.
  • There is no Touch N-Go ewallet option.
Pain point 3:
Overall frustrations while using Shopee
  • When they are similar products that have multiple sellers.
  • Not all vouchers can be use for all shops
  • Need more flagship store

Pain point 4:
Unsatisfied needs & wants
  • Order tracking : Perhaps a more timely update can be incorporated so i can better track the progress
  • Show the estimated, precise location; it sometimes reach early and we are not aware of it.
  • Searching: If you're looking for a shop, it's kind of hard
  • There is no enlarge function for pictures of each version of the product, too small to see.
Pain point 5:
Unnecessary pages/ features
Shopee Pages

  • I would scrap the feed section as i think it's useless for me And clean up the main page
  • I use the feed least, I'm not interested in items I don't need
  • Feed is quite non relevant most of the time
  • Discover page, it doesn't really interest me
Pain point 6:
Shopee Game
  • Shopee games are useless
  • I'm not interested to play games and earn little coins
